was your biggest challenge in
addressing employee engagement? ❞

My biggest challenge was changing the behaviour of some of the management team. Good communications takes time and must be consistently undertaken. I’m not sure how we would have achieved our employee engagement progress without ‘empulse’ as it provided a constant assessment of who was performing well and who was needing improvement.
