Mobile Application

This application will provide the full empulse client capability for mobile phones. Employees install the mobile application by downloading it onto their devices. They then register their mobile phone number in empulse. Messages will then be automatically available on their mobiles.

Heat Map

The “Heat Map” is currently designed to deliver a view of the IT Service. The requirement is to extend this innovative capability so that it can be used for any survey, pulse review. This would be an extremely beneficial visual aid to understanding different views of any subject across an organisation. Note, this service can show the feedback in real-time or show historical information by providing a range of dates.

Supply chain connectivity support

This capability provides a powerful communication opportunity to manage supply chains in the same way as internal programmes. This will support improved communications with all business suppliers and also extend communications within programme management to include the programme key suppliers. 

Except for extensive logistic supply chain management and business systems supply chain capabilities that focus on transactions (such as ERP), the supply chain has very limited management communication solutions. It is extremely surprising how poorly this area of the business is supported.
