IT
Having worked in this area for many years we understand the challenges and pressures that business IT have today. Providing the best IT service to employees within the constraints of business security is essential. We recognised that improving IT communications and user feedback would make a key difference to IT Service. That is why we developed empulse.
Project Management
Deployment of any IT requires good project management. We have extensive knowledge of this area of business. We have used this expertise to ensure that empulse can support business and internal projects. We have also applied this learning in creating a draft project management plan that can be used to undertake an empulse trial/evaluation. This will save any potential customers time and money and allow them to focus on the empulse capabilities and how it can benefit their business.
Supply Chain
We are working with a company to develop an empulse version that will support the supply chain.
This is a very exciting new development.
Human Resources
We have worked with many Human Resources teams within businesses and delivered many solutions to them. We understand their requirements and this was one of the key areas that were promoting the requirement for better communications and employee engagement. We applied this to the design of empulse.
Finance
Having worked with multiple companies within the Finance area we recognise the need for strict adherence to standards and data protection. empulse has been designed to ensure it is secure.
Engineering and Manufacturing
Having worked within Engineering and Manufacturing for many years we understand the process and the people that work in these areas of business. They require communications that are clear and concise. They certainly do not want unfocused and unnecessary disruptions that they receive every day from email. From our discussions they wanted more ‘say’ and control of the communications they received. empulse was designed to empowers employees. This feedback was true for all areas of business including Senior Management.
Communications
It was working with communications in several companies that we identified a fundamental issue with how business communications is deployed in corporate business. Business communications was assessed as being generally inadequate and had not changed in years. It often left the workforce generally dis-engaged.
empulse was designed to address these issues directly.
Business Improvement
We have used the Plan - Do - Check - Act (PDCA) process to improve many of our customers improvement initiatives and also applied this to our own organisation. It was this technique that we used to design a new communications process that is contained within the empulse tool.
Communication needed to be planned by the business, personalised and distributed to a target audience. The messages distributed would then be consumed by the workforce who would provide their feedback. Management would then review the feedback and improve their communications. empulse supports this simple proven technique and it will deliver improved business communications.
Change Management
We are experts in understanding ‘Change Management’ within corporate business with years of experience in our organisation. The key issue is to understand your workforce and create the right communications to satisfy their concerns. It is essential the workforce ‘buy in’ to the ‘business change’ otherwise they will not support it. empulse can be used to support any ‘Change Management’ requirement.
Employee Engagement
We have extensive expertise in this area of business having worked with several corporate companies. We have even developed our own employee engagement maturity model that provides business with the focus areas that need to be addressed. empulse was designed to support employee engagement, empowering the workforce.
