Both customer and business internal programmes require excellent communications to maintain a focussed team with good team morale. This is even more important when team members are dispersed over different locations. The best projects have the best communications.

Within empulse you could have projects that are customer projects or internal projects. Customer projects would deliver a service or product to a customer. Internal projects could be a business improvement project or a facilities upgrade project. Employees working on a project, or a specific team, will be invited to join a communication channel to receive updates.

These updates could be related to team achievements, issues, objectives, introducing new people, recognising high performance, etc.
